Role Overview

We’re hiring a Project & Client Coordinator to support our client relationships, follow up on ongoing work, and help bring in new opportunities. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is organized, confident, and ready to grow into project management and business development.

Responsibilities


Project Coordination

  • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables
  • Follow up with team members and update internal dashboards
  • Keep clients informed of project progress and next steps
  • Ensure quality and deadlines are met

Client Communication

  • Be the main point of contact for assigned clients
  • Schedule meetings, gather feedback, and track satisfaction
  • Build professional and ongoing client relationships

Sales & Business Development

  • Reach out to potential clients (law firms, salons, startups, etc.)
  • Present Brand Wave’s services and offers
  • Assist in lead generation and closing deals
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities within current client accounts

Requirements


  • Kuwait residency required
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Basic understanding of marketing, branding, or web development
  • Organized, responsive, and comfortable with multitasking
  • Fresh graduates welcome — we value motivation and clarity

Compensation & Growth

  • Base Salary: 250–350 KWD/month
  • Project Bonus: Extra income for each successfully delivered project
  • Sales Commission: 3–5% on new contracts or upsells
  • Growth Path: Potential to advance to Project Manager or Sales Lead roles within Brand Wave
