We are looking for a Brand Strategist to join our team and help bridge the gap between our clients' needs and the design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research, analyzing competitors, understanding client goals, and providing creative insights that will guide the design process. This role is critical in ensuring that our design solutions are both strategically sound and visually aligned with the market landscape.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to understand the client's industry, target audience, and competitors.
- Analyze competitor brands and identify design trends that can influence the client's logo and brand identity.
- Collaborate closely with the client to gather insights about their business goals, vision, and values.
- Translate research findings into actionable insights and clear design briefs for the design team.
- Provide strategic recommendations for logo designs based on market positioning and business goals.
- Ensure all designs align with the brand’s voice, market needs, and client expectations.
- Present findings and design recommendations to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
- Support the design team with creative direction and feedback during the design process.
Must Have
- Proven experience in brand strategy, market research, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of design principles and branding.
- Perfect written English & Arabic
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret market data and translate it into creative recommendations.
- Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of design trends and their impact on brand identity.
Nice to have
- Experience in digital marketing and branding.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus, but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or related fields.
